The 30-45 Minute Daily Routine
Most players log long hours and still plateau because their play has no structure. A short, repeatable routine turns practice into progress.
The four parts
1. Warm-up (8 minutes). Stretch hands, then run your gyro or aim drill in Training Mode. Check that your settings are unchanged. This wakes up your hands before the games that count.
2. Team Deathmatch (12 minutes). Play two or three matches with one skill focus, such as spray control or peeking. TDM gives you many fights per minute, which makes it ideal for mechanics.
3. Goal-based ranked (15-20 minutes). Play one or two games, each with a written goal like "take no fight without an exit" or "make a callout every circle". Rank is a side effect, not the aim.
4. Review (5-8 minutes). Watch your last death, write one fix, and note one thing you did well. Close the game after that.
Keep it honest
- Do it at the same time each day so it becomes automatic.
- On tired days, shorten each part instead of skipping it.
- Take one rest day a week.
The routine fits easily into a school or work schedule, and its results compound. After a month, you will have 25 or more reviews, a measured warm-up and a clear record of what improved.
Drill of the day
Tomorrow, run the full routine once using the Daily Training Routine checklist, and tick each stage as you finish it.
